WELCOME TO THE WEST SUSSEX RIDING CLUB

We hope you enjoy being a member of the West Sussex Riding club and taking part in the many activities that we offer. If you would like to see any other events on the schedule please let any one of the committee know.

Please come along no matter what your ability, We welcome you if you are doing poles on the ground at walk to jumping over the moon, or walk and trot dressage to Medium,  if your horses need schooling or just an airing as a run up to other events,  We all have to start some where and that is sometimes the hardest part, so give us a go!  We are a friendly club and cater for ALL ABILITES with regular shows held at Barnham and Thorney Island. Teams compete at all area competitions,

If you are interested in joining the committee or any one of the sub - committee’s please contact Jenny on 07980927320 and she will be able to tell you which situations are currently vacant. We always need more sub committee members for showing, show jumping, dressage, Mini One Day Event and Le Trec.

Helps are an important factor of being a member and we ask that every member carries out (or nominates somebody) to do 2 helps a year. Your helps make all the shows and events more enjoyable and the running easier and more efficient.  It also helps you to get to know the other members. Please don’t wait to be asked, just volunteer. Margret’s number is 01243 528940.

I look forward to meeting you in the near future,
Best regards,
